Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
