Simply choose your meals on our website, add them to your cart, and check out securely.

2. Do you offer catering for kosher events?

Yes. We offer catering for private events, corporate functions, and community gatherings.

3. Are you open on Shabbat?

We are closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays in observance of kosher requirements.

1. Is Seoul Bite fully kosher?

Yes. Seoul Bite operates under kosher supervision and follows strict kosher standards in sourcing, preparation, and service.

2. Who supervises your kashrut?

Seoul Bite is proudly supervised by the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County (RCBC). We operate under their guidelines and standards, and all food preparation follows their strict kosher requirements. A mashgiach is present as required to ensure full compliance.

3. Are you meat, dairy, or pareve?

Seoul Bite is a meat establishment. We do not mix dairy with meat, and all ingredients are sourced accordingly.

4. Are all your ingredients kosher certified?

Yes. All products, sauces, oils, proteins, and packaged goods are sourced from approved kosher-certified suppliers.

5. How do you handle vegetables to ensure they are kosher?

All vegetables undergo thorough inspection and cleaning to ensure they are completely bug-free before use, in accordance with kosher law.

6. Is your Korean food authentic even though it is kosher?

Yes. Our chef, Mr. Park, has over 30 years of culinary experience. We honor traditional Korean flavors while adapting ingredients to meet kosher standards without compromising taste.

Heating

1. How do I heat the meals?

Meals are fully cooked, simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in the oven until warm.

2. How long do the meals last?

Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for longer shelf life.

Delivery

1. When will my meals be delivered?

We deliver every Tuesday and Thursday between 2PM - 6PM.

2. Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver throughout Bergen County, Northern New Jersey & surrounding areas.
