With over 30 years of culinary experience, Chef Mr. Park leads our kitchen with discipline, craftsmanship, and pride.

Every dish is handmade in-store, from scratch, using fresh local ingredients and trusted kosher suppliers. To uphold the highest level of kashrut, all vegetables are carefully inspected and thoroughly cleaned to ensure they are completely bug-free before they ever touch the pan.

We do not cut corners. We choose transparency, quality, and excellence over shortcuts.
